That is precisely why citizens have a constitutional right to alternative service. But right now, the government is simply denying this right.
Glad to hear that there is at least such a right in theory, even if handled not properly right now. I cross my fingers that this all comes to an end in the near future and does not get even worse… Hope dies last…
