It was really disconcerting reading about Mike Verta’s anti-vaccine attitudes in that other thread. Of film composers, Deborah Lurie has been raising that particular banner for years now, but that’s okay, I’m not really a big fan of her’s to begin with, so not much of a loss. Verta, however, I had great respect for as a pastiche composer. Disappointing, but once again I’ll try listen to FORBIDDEN WARRIOR and other things without thinking too much about that. It’s tricky, but doable!
