Yes. Usually, when you order two albums from MBR it is cheaper than CSC. But if you collect an order for 100+ Euro with free shipping you can be cheaper at CSC.
Yeah, indeed, normally I try to use that 100+ Euro mark which is naturally easily reached with a few CDs.
Fortunately, for us UKers, customs charges seem to have gone away.
We’re lucky in the EU that starting July a new 3 Euro customs fee applies to anything below 150 Euro for anything coming from non EU countries.
