    I remember some “firsts” quite well. The first soundtrack album I ever heard was STAR WARS, that was the first film score I listened to on its own, followed by STAR TREK – THE MOTION PICTURE. These were albums I copied from a friend and listened up and down and these two film scores kickstarted me to get my own music collection.
    I know the first full “Original Motion Picture Soundtrack” album I ever bought was THE BLACK HOLE by John Barry, followed by JAWS 2 by John Williams and POLTERGEIST by Jerry Goldsmith.
