I’m watching the show THE BOROUGHS at the moment, by the Duffer brothers. I like it. But I’m also struck by the extended opening titles, using old-school, big fonts, artsy images of the show components and rousing orchestral music by John Paesano (somewhat reminiscent of JNH’s SIGNS theme). You don’t often see this kind of stuff anymore.
