I remember doing a project in the 6th grade where we had to “spend” 1 million dollars, and for an 11-year old, it was hard to come up with ideas of what to spend it on (i.e. lots of toys), and I remember it going really far…but as an adult now and with inflation, 1 million dollars certainly wouldn’t buy much today! So I like that you said 100 million, Thor…that is really something you could dream big with. I love your all-encompassing film music venue idea!! But I agree with Malte, it would be hard to make a profit with it, but a delightful way to spend lottery winnings! For me, I think it would be fun to design a charming, healthful, restaurant (but hire someone to run it) with event spaces, a large attractive indoor environment to host in winter weather, plus a beautiful outdoor area to have live music events, craft fairs, intimate dining fundraisers and so on. What a joy it would be to create such a community space in my little town!
