Yes. That is another aspect. There are some composer who were kind of one hit wonders. Schifrin might be one. Or a handful.
I really love a big amount of Philippe Sarde’s work. And his score for TESS is super brillant and memorabe. Like LES CHOSES DE LA VIE. But has he many great melodies? Probably yes. I am unsure here.
