I visited the public library flea market again. While I know that you have to look through all CDs as they are only roughly sorted. Ijust learned that I need to look at the children’s section . They have a separate library in the basement for them that also has some “kid’s related” film scores. About to leave I only accidently spottled in the corner of my eyes James Newton Howard’s FANTASTIC BEASTS that the library apparently sorted out. No jewel case as they store CDs in plastic sleeves and some minor scratches on the disc but seems to totally okay. For 1 Euro anyway.

On the way I also visited the 2nd hand shop and got these:

– Anne Dudley KNIGHT MOVIES: a sort of old times blind buy, saw the movie but didn’t remember the score. But since Dudley is a bit unexplored territory to me. A bit Art of Noise like flavored electronics combined with a small orchestra and two pleasant songs. Not exactly hugely memorable but not bad. CD is a bit bronzed looking and has some visible holes if you hold it against light. But played and ripped fine.
– James Horner DEEP IMPACT: Of course the old edition but with 70+ minutes totally sufficient for me, could even use some shortening (and the mix is a bit low at times). Never had or really heard this so…
