Not a bad haul. FANTASTIC BEASTS is one of those recent JNH scores where the majority is rather uninteresting, but it has a couple or a handful of good cues. KNIGHT MOVES is a pretty solid Dudley score; I think we talked a bit about it in the Dudley thread. And DEEP IMPACT. Well, I wasn’t a big fan when it came out, and even sold off my CD. Of course, I regretted it, as I came to really appreciate its impressionistic colours. But as you say, the OST was already long enough (a bit TOO long), so the new LLL expansion must be total overkill.

Incidentally, I also visited a used record store yesterday, in a town nearby. Picked up two CDs – Peter Gabriel’s BIRDY and the original TWIN PEAKS soundtrack. Both classics which I’ve loved forever (especially TWIN PEAKS, probably the most important soundtrack in my life), but inexplicably never owned on CD. 50 Danish kroner total, which equals 75 Norwegian kroner, which equals about $7.5. Some tiny scratches on the CD surface, but I’m hoping it won’t affect the playback. Heavily worn CD cases will be replaced.
