The film is a nature documentary of sorts, by Norwegian filmmaker Margreth Olin, about her parents (particularly her father) and their relationship with nature and the spectacular landscape where they live in western Norway.
The score by Rebekka Karijord is mostly acoustic (strings and choir), with some electronic elements. She also adds natural sounds – wind, running water, creaking glaciers – to the soundscape. Quite beautiful and haunting, just like the movie.
