Not being one to shy away from extreme measures, I’ve gone through the list of the registered members in the first post, and added a sentence or two about who they are, and their activity status. Maybe to “push” them into activity. But doubt it’s going to have an impact.

As I’ve said, the only way this place will succeed is if people take ownership of it. It can’t be “Thor’s Place” or anything like it. In fact, I’d rather retire to a ‘regular member’ function once it’s up and running properly (and I would stop “Zooba-ing” this place with countless new posts, especially every weekend). People have to feel it’s THEIR place. So far, this has proven wildly unsuccessful.
