I haven’t read or even acquired the book yet, no. I’m hoping to either find it via some European vendor to save on shipping, or buy it on Amazon when it comes out, maybe with a couple of CDs to get the free shipping after $50. I don’t know, finances will decide. But I’m very much looking forward to it! I helped Tim out with some information in his research phase, that’s probably why I’m in the acknowledgements.

Robert Russell Bennett….I always keep confusing him with Richard Rodney Bennett. But sounds like an interesting book.
