I don’t know how many Spanish composers are represented in my collection. Maybe 10-15. Would be beneficial to spread the recommendations out a bit.

Alfonso de Vilallonga’s BLANCANIEVES (2012) is a good one. A retelling of the Snow White story, with very colourful, orchestral details. Album is too long, though, so needs whittling. Mine is 47 minutes.
