I know everything alcoholic is quite expensive in Norway. So 99 NOK would roughly equal 8.65 Euros. THat’s ineed more expensive than over here. Just to compare, over here you cab get a 0.3 ml beer for a bit over 4 euros and a 0.5 ml one for around 6 Euro. Depending on the brand and place naturally.
