I agree. In the age of streaming a buyer’s guide could be easily repurposed into a listeners guide.
One could even add the Spotify link.
Christmas 2024 I got that film score calendar from my wife with 356 album covers of famous soundtrack albums and each sheet had below the cover the Spotify link to the album. That was nice.
By the way, today arrived my copy of that book. I never read FSM. So, this is completely new content to me.
