I double-checked the list, just in case, and appears I have to remove two names. Bob Alcivar died in September of last year, age 87. And I don’t know why Guy Warren was on there. There’s a Ghanese musician by that name, but he died in 2008. Don’t know if another Guy Warren was on there initially, but there you go.
