Hey, I listened to OCEANIC today, too, after Jon’s recommendation earlier in the thread. 🙂 And it’s good, yes. Pretty classic Vangelis, soundscape-wise, but leaning towards, as you say, a pure New Age feel – perhaps more so than a lot of his earlier work. Very enjoyable.
