Choose any given Taiga drama, from any given year, and you’re bound to find great music. This one, ONNA JOSHU NAOTORA, from 2017, is no exception. Huge, fullbodied orchestral score – very old-fashioned, like it comes out of a different era entirely – by Yoko Kanno, who is perhaps most famous for her anime scores. Fans of thematic, romantic orchestral music, do check this out.
