I use although all sometimes a bit inconsistently:

– Soundtrack or Soundtrack – Score for films in general
– Soundtrack – TV for TV/Series
– Soundtrack – Video Game
– Classical
– Jazz
– Rock/Pop for everything else except sometimes Electronic
– Hörspiel (the only German term I use meaing Audio plays)

I also wish Apple Music would allow proper multi genres tagging per Album as of course a soundtrack as I of course would love to have it like “Soundtrack, Jazz, TV”. I can do taht but that all would be “one” genre then and each for every combination is a bit too crowded…
