I’ve been aware of them since MONSTER’S BALL, but not someone I’ve actively followed or researched. Is there anything I should check out?

They have three score albums, for MONSTER’S BALL, STAY and MACHINE GUN PREACHER. Also some other albums.

Seems like Tom Scott was/is a member, and that Mark Asche has left.
