Braut? His middle name.
30. June 2026 at 21:47 #12277Why did he do that?
30. June 2026 at 21:51 #12278I thought he always had that, but maybe he doesn’t?
30. June 2026 at 21:58 #12279If he doesn’t, it could be a tribute to his mother (it’s her last name), for the special occasion.
1. July 2026 at 00:03 #12280Shame there are no Swedes in this forum, now that they’re playing (extremely lucky against France, btw, even though it’s 0-1….should have been 0-4!). No Danes, Finns or Icelanders either, for that matter. Disappointing.
1. July 2026 at 00:56 #12281As I said, France will win this thing! I mean, the whole thing.
1. July 2026 at 12:40 #12285“I thought he always had that, but maybe he doesn’t?”
I don’t think he does in the League, playing for City (I’ve certainly never noticed it if he does).
Yes, it’s hard to see past France at this moment. No other team comes close to their passing/movement and finishing.
1. July 2026 at 12:53 #12286And they have the best three forwards since Brazil 2002, with Rivaldo, Ronaldo and Ronaldhino – as has been pointed out a few times by commentators.
Messi will have to do something spectacular to keep Mbappé behind him on the alltime top scorer list. I don’t think he will, due to the age difference. Has Klose said anything about being overtaken on that list?
1. July 2026 at 18:29 #12299England struggling again. Besides the Croatia match, they’ve been completely off compared to what we’re used to. Painful for someone like me, who’s always been a fan.
1. July 2026 at 20:10 #12310So I heard “we” are out already. That was unexpected quick…
1. July 2026 at 20:13 #12313Yes, “Die Mannschaft” isn’t what it used to be.
Impressive “rescue operation” by England, turning 0-1 to 2-1 in the last 15 minutes of the game. Well, KANE turning it around, to be more precise.
1. July 2026 at 20:16 #12314We have Belgium coming up now, against Senegal who Norway beat 3-2 in the group match. I can never remember if A24 is Belgian or Dutch, but I know that Bregt and Thomas Glorieux are Belgian. Would love some input from them, but alas, they don’t post.
2. July 2026 at 23:00 #12379Solid performance by Spain. Austria never stood a chance. They’ll have to suffice with Mozart, Arnold and Freud.
3. July 2026 at 01:21 #12380…and Paul Haslinger.
3. July 2026 at 20:55 #12424Australia-Egypt. Low quality snoozefest.
3. July 2026 at 21:38 #12426It looks like Man Utd vs Brazil to me, but yeah, it’s pretty average.
4. July 2026 at 14:47 #12446Respect to Cape Verde.
What a performance against the World Champions and #1 team.
They go home proud 👍4. July 2026 at 15:05 #12452I went to bed midway in the first half, but saw the highlights reel this morning. Pretty impressive – once again – by Cape Verde, which has less population than Oslo. But I’m glad Argentina went through in the end. And 20 by Messi now!
4. July 2026 at 23:46 #12469Paraguay, bunch of scumbags using every dirty trick in the book. Please boot them off, France.
5. July 2026 at 01:09 #12473God, that felt good. Paraguay was like those East Bloc countries back in the day. Lousy ref, he should have handed out a handful of reds to the Paraguayans. This was a victory for football.
5. July 2026 at 22:43 #12494Doesn’t look to bad for Norway… against Brazil! I keep rooting for Norway.
5. July 2026 at 22:55 #12496Yes, weird first half. Brazil playing very low, relying on counterattacks when they grab the ball. Norway passing the ball a lot, but struggling to find their way through. Mostly backwards passes. They’re too cautious, because of those lethal counterattacks by Brazil. I hope we dare a bit more in the second half.
But great penalty save by Nyland!
5. July 2026 at 23:43 #124970:1
Norway is doing great!
5. July 2026 at 23:51 #12498Norway goalie is immense. Man of the Match performance. Haaland doing what Haaland does.
5. July 2026 at 23:51 #124990:2!
6. July 2026 at 00:05 #12500Norway!!! Yeah!!
6. July 2026 at 00:13 #12501Whoa! I didn’t expect THAT!
Fantastic.
The strange statistic continues — Brazil has yet to beat Norway in any match.
6. July 2026 at 00:23 #12502Wow – great result for your guys, thanks to Leeds United fan Erling and a stellar performance by the keeper. I hope your next game is against England, but we’ve got a tough match later on.
Equally difficult to stay awake for it!
6. July 2026 at 00:34 #12503I haven’t seen Mexico in any match so far, but if England can find the form from the Croatia match, they will be hard to beat.
6. July 2026 at 01:05 #12504Norway!!! This is crazy.
