Any good? What I’ve heard by this composer I find too simplistic and repetitive.

I’m a big Korzeniowski fan, but I don’t recommend going for the “Early Works” 2CD first. It’s more minimalistic than usual, often small ensembles and “intense”/sharp instrumentation.

One should go for scores like A SINGLE MAN, COPERNICUS STAR, W.E, ESCAPE FROM TOMORROW or ROMEO & JULIET instead, as a start, IMO.

I didn’t find his scores to A Single Man and Romeo and Juliet very interesting, so I guess his music just doesn’t resonate with me.

That’s OK. Those two scores, in particular, resonate a lot with me. Then again, I’m a sucker for post-minimalist romanticism.
