December 2025 at 16:07 in reply to: FSM # 10: Topics that interest you/don´t interest you? #7060One additional remark on my desinterest in electronic scores. I am generally not desinterested in electronic music. But the area of electronic music in film context doesn’t bother me at all. Exceptions included.
So what kind of electronic artists do you like?
Ouch, looks like a misfire then. The picture doesn’t even look like Zimmer, when I think of it.
But it cost less than 300 NOK, so I won’t bother with rejecting the order.
I just ordered this:
Good to hear that you found some new favorites, Thor.
Very hard to say, but I’ll be original and say DEAD SOLID PERFECT is my favourite TD soundtrack.
I have already read a book about the Twin Peaks soundtrack. I guess that’ll do.
I think Hans Zimmer is mostly the guy to thank for this.
Even at the Julebord tonight, there was a big Zimmer fan there that I didn’t know about, talking about “Cornfield Chase” from Interstellar and stuff.
Just came home from Julebord with my job. A nice evening.
Tangerine Dream has released a vast amount of music, with over 100 studio albums and numerous live, compilation, and soundtrack releases, totaling hundreds of official recordings across decades of prolific output, making pinpointing a single number difficult, but certainly well over 100 albums. Their official discography includes 109 live/studio albums, 78 compilations, and 36 soundtracks, among many other formats.
I still remember Lukas Kendalls hyperbole review of Lawnmower Man 2:
“If I live to be 100, I may never listen to this score again. But it’s still infinitely better than Dan Wymans score for LM1.”

1992 compilation
I am not remotely interested in sitting through 195 minutes of this, so I’ll pass. 🙈😅
Going on a julebord with four friends in a few hours at a restaurant, with all you can eat of pig, lamb, and great desserts!
Not good for the match weight..😅🙈
Great news. Internal Affairs may be on my Top 5 album list of all times, no less.
Hoping for a CD, not just download.

I often make good deals.

Taking it easy until sunday when I go to my local congregation at 11, before meeting SOME of my extended family (I have 6 sisters and 1 brother) at 5.

1982. Childhood memory, of all things.
Yes, quarter finals for Norway should indeed be possible.
Drillo says Norway can reach the final. Just think about it……
I was never a film collector. I have a few on vhs and dvd though.
